Aircraft cruising at FL410. Speed suddenly approached an overspd situation with autothrottles engaged. First officer retarded throttles. Captain disengaged autoplt. Aircraft lost 500-600' prior to recovery back to FL410. Suspect: windshear. (Wind prior to incident = 250/135.) (wind after incident = 250/110.)
