Narrative:
For the 4th time in the last 30 days I noticed that the navigation database in the 400 contains an error on the molen four SID out of sfo. The SID has you going to wesla then a right turn to intercept the sfo R287 to molen. The database is incorrect in that it disregards the turn and intercept and goes from wesla direct to molen. I reported this to dispatch each time and thought I would see a NOTAM or some corrective action or warning; but there is none that I can find. Other fleet databases may be in error as well.

Narrative: For the 4th time in the last 30 days I noticed that the navigation database in the 400 contains an error on the MOLEN FOUR SID out of SFO. The SID has you going to WESLA then a right turn to intercept the SFO R287 to MOLEN. The database is incorrect in that it disregards the turn and intercept and goes from WESLA direct to MOLEN. I reported this to Dispatch each time and thought I would see a NOTAM or some corrective action or warning; but there is none that I can find. Other fleet databases may be in error as well.
