Narrative:

While in a descent to cross csn at FL190; we encountered wake turbulence from the aircraft ahead of us. After considerable rolls from side to side and yawing; I clicked off the autopilot and leveled off to stabilize the aircraft and then continued the descent. This caused us to be about 500/700 feet high at csn. There were no traffic conflicts and ATC did not mention it. We should have had a little more spacing with the aircraft in front due to the quartering tailwind.
