Narrative:

While taxiing out to runway 10 at hayden, co, we received our load from our company operations. We were below our maximum zero fuel weight, but only by 100 pounds. We started our takeoff roll and at 90 KTS we were advised by radio from operations that our weights were in error and that a mistake had been made in calculating them. I then aborted the takeoff and returned to the gate. We were advised by ground personnel that our aircraft was 800 pounds over the maximum zero fuel weight. Six people were taken off the aircraft. After complying with brake cooling procedures, we had an uneventful takeoff and flight home. Since all the facts, figures and information were handled by ground operations, we had no control over the situation.
