Narrative:
Miss interpretation of ruudy 4 departure procedure. The altitude at wentz was supposed to be a hard altitude of 1;500 ft MSL and I misread it as 'at or above 1;500 ft.' I overshot the altitude by 200 ft. There was no conflict.

Narrative: Miss interpretation of RUUDY 4 departure procedure. The altitude at WENTZ was supposed to be a hard altitude of 1;500 FT MSL and I misread it as 'at or above 1;500 FT.' I overshot the altitude by 200 FT. There was no conflict.
