Narrative:

Prior to shutting down the right engine I noted the forward cargo 'open' light illuminated. [We] immediately shut down the right engine. This is the second time within a month that a ground worker at the airport has walked in front of an operating engine. It is extremely dangerous to do so.

Narrative: Prior to shutting down the right engine I noted the forward cargo 'open' light illuminated. [We] immediately shut down the right engine. This is the second time within a month that a ground worker at the airport has walked in front of an operating engine. It is extremely dangerous to do so.
