Narrative:

I departed toledo suburban airport heading northwest for about 15 mins with intention of practicing commercial maneuvers with no ground reference. I was practicing 720 steep turns and stalls. When I was done, I did not know where I was. At that point I called toledo. I told them I was lost and asked for vectors to toledo suburban. They told me to call detroit. I called detroit and asked them for vectors to toledo suburban. Detroit told me I was in TCA and vectored me to toledo and gave me a phone number to call when I landed. I called detroit after I landed and gave them my name and address. I asked for WX reports for toledo and detroit areas from the WX service station. They told me the wind at 4000' was 240-40.
