Narrative:
I was on an ILS approach to runway 23 at rbw. I had announced that I would be flying the approach at the initial fix on the unicom frequency and gave position reports inbound right up to the short final point. I never saw the other aircraft nor did any of the two crew members nor did we hear any position reports from the other aircraft. After landing; the other pilot advised me when we met in the FBO that we had come within 200 ft; he estimated; on final approach. I believe he went around after that. Following the ILS approach; I remained in the pattern and did several landings before going into the FBO.
Original NASA ASRS Text
