Narrative:
For the second time in as many attempts; I experienced a failure of both FMS-1 and FMS-2 while 'cleaning up the box' on approach into cle. Please see my previous ASRS report for details; as this was an exact duplicate of my previous experience. Please note in my previous report; that both my first officer; along with both the outbound captain and first officer had all experienced similar failures recently. Additionally; the mechanic who met our flight in cle told me that he has seen a sudden spike in these failures. There is obviously a problem here. From my limited experience; it appears that the problem is associated with only certain airports.
