Narrative:

Data for raas system needs to be updated for runway 29 at cymx. On takeoff roll we got a warning we were 'on taxiway' then very shortly after we got 'on runway 29' while passing intersection A5. [We] could not find any notams; company notes; chart notes or takeoff data that would notify us not to use full runway. I remember about a year ago they were doing work on that section of the runway and we were required to takeoff from intersection A5 back then. It was day VMC. It was very obvious we were on the runway and not a taxiway so I continued the takeoff. Rest of the flight was normal.
