Narrative:

After starting the descent from FL430 to FL370 as directed by ATC; the right engine rolled back and failed. We advised ATC of our situation and asked for a descent to a lower altitude and direct to the airport. We then followed procedures and initiated a restart at FL200 which was successful. We then advised ATC that we did not need any further assistance and landed without incident. We then called maintenance and the aircraft is getting the problem fixed; which at this point seems to have been a faulty fuel delivery unit.
