Narrative:
I was working ground center and observed a vehicle stopped on runway 9R and no corresponding tag on the asde-X. This has happened several times this past week when the vehicle is either moving or stopped on runway 9R. Fix the asde-X.

Narrative: I was working Ground Center and observed a vehicle stopped on Runway 9R and no corresponding tag on the ASDE-X. This has happened several times this past week when the vehicle is either moving or stopped on Runway 9R. Fix the ASDE-X.
